Now, as I sleep, I want to thank you in advance for the work you're about to do. Tonight, while I rest, I know you'll be working harder than ever. You'll be repairing the damage of the day. You'll be clearing toxins and waste. You'll be consolidating my memories. You'll be regenerating my tissues. You'll be balancing my hormones. You'll be strengthening my immune system. You'll be restoring my body to full vitality. I thank you for this intensive healing work. I honor you. I trust you. I celebrate you. As I sleep, I send you this message: You are worthy of my gratitude. You are worthy of my trust. You are worthy of my love." Now feel yourself drifting deeper into relaxation.
